Every project starts with a conversation.

The fastest way to an accurate quote is a short, specific message. Include what you want photographed or filmed, how many items, people or locations are involved and where the results will be used: a website, marketplace, catalogue, tender, social media or print. Mention any date that matters, such as a launch or exhibition, and the city where the shoot will take place.

If you have references, send them. A few images or videos you like, and one or two you do not, tell us more about your taste than a page of adjectives. If you sell on a marketplace, tell us which, so we can match its image rules. If you are not sure what you need, say so, because helping people decide is part of the job.

We read every message and reply with questions or a proposed plan. For straightforward projects, such as a product range or a set of headshots, the proposal arrives as an itemised quote with deliverables, timeline and price. For larger work, such as a plant film or a campaign, we offer a short call or a site visit first, so the quote reflects reality.

Once you approve, we confirm dates, send a preparation checklist and begin planning. You will know who your point of contact is, what is required from your side and when each stage is due. Photography is typically delivered in five to ten business days, and video in ten to twenty-one, with express options for fixed deadlines.

Our studio is in Wakad, Pune, close to Hinjewadi, Baner and Pimpri-Chinchwad. It suits product, food, jewellery, fashion, portrait and 360 degree work, with controlled light and space for backdrops and props.

For plants, offices, restaurants, hospitals, apartments and outdoor sites, we come to you with portable lighting and a mobile workflow. We regularly work across the Pune industrial belts at Chakan, Talegaon, Bhosari and Ranjangaon, and we travel for projects in other cities, having shot in more than twenty-five so far.

You are welcome to visit before you decide, and we recommend it for larger projects. Call or message to arrange a time, since shoots run through the week and we want to give you proper attention. Bring samples if you have them. We can run a quick lighting test on a product or a few frames of a portrait so you see the approach in person.

The studio is open Monday to Saturday, from nine in the morning to seven in the evening. The map on this page shows the exact location. If you prefer, we can also meet at your office or site.

We do not publish a rate card, because two projects that sound alike can differ enormously in effort. A hundred identical components on white take less time per image than twenty styled products with props. A single-location brand film is a different undertaking from a multi-city series. What changes the price most is the number of subjects, the shooting location, styling and props, the depth of retouching or editing, the crew size and the usage rights you need.

To give you a useful number quickly, we ask for quantities, locations and usage in your first message. If you have a budget in mind, share it. We would rather design the best plan within that figure than quote something you cannot approve. Quotes are itemised, so you can see where the money goes and trade features in or out.

Many clients are in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Delhi and smaller industrial towns. For product work you can courier samples to the studio and approve images remotely through a private gallery. For plants, events and larger productions we travel to you, and the quote includes travel and stay. We regularly run briefing calls by video and share shot lists, schedules and previews digitally, so distance rarely slows a project.

You do not need a deck. It helps to know what you want to show, who will see it and what a good outcome looks like in three months. It also helps to have any deadlines, example images or films you like and a rough budget range. If you are replacing an existing photographer, tell us what worked and what did not, so we can learn from it.
