A room is a three-dimensional experience squeezed into a flat rectangle. Interior photography has to restore what the rectangle takes away: the sense of volume, the way daylight moves across a floor, the proportions a visitor would notice in the first second. Our interior and real estate photography service in Pune is built to do exactly that.
The craft of making rooms look real
Wide-angle lenses are essential for interiors, and also the easiest way to make a space look wrong. Distort the edges and a living room looks cavernous; tilt the camera and walls lean. We shoot with tilt-shift technique and careful camera height so verticals stay straight and proportions stay honest. Buyers feel misled when a listing photograph promises more space than the room delivers, so we aim for generous but truthful.
Light is the other half of the job. Real rooms combine daylight, warm bulbs, cool LEDs and reflective surfaces, and a single exposure rarely handles them all. We blend ambient light with controlled flash and, where needed, composite several exposures so windows show the view outside while shadows keep their depth.
Who we shoot for
- Developers and builders who need sample-flat and amenity images for brochures, hoardings, websites and launch campaigns.
- Interior designers and architects who want a portfolio that reflects the finished design, with details, materials and styling photographed properly.
- Brokers, owners and property managers who need listing sets that attract serious enquiries.
- Hotels, restaurants and cafes that rely on ambience as much as service.
- Offices, coworking spaces and showrooms presenting a workplace to clients and recruits.
What a typical shoot includes
We visit or receive a floor plan in advance to decide the sequence of rooms, then arrive at the time of day when natural light works best for the main spaces. For residential projects that is usually mid-morning for bright, even rooms; for hospitality, dusk often brings out the warm interior glow against a deep blue sky.
Styling matters. We arrive early to straighten cushions, remove clutter, switch on the right lamps and adjust curtains, and we can liaise with your stylist or bring simple styling props. For occupied homes, we agree in advance which rooms to shoot and which belongings should be tucked away.
Twilight, details and exteriors
Beyond the main room shots, we capture the extras that make a set feel complete: material and fitting details, hero corners, entrances, balconies, building exteriors and amenities such as pools, gyms and landscaped gardens. Twilight exteriors, shot just after sunset, are one of the most effective images for residential towers and hotels. Where the scale of a development matters, aerial footage and stills show the site in its surroundings.
Delivery for brochures, portals and portfolios
Final images are colour-corrected, straightened and cleaned of distractions such as stray cables or reflections. You receive print-resolution files for brochures and hoardings, and compressed versions for property portals and social media, with filenames that identify the room or area. If the same project needs people in the frame, our corporate portrait service can photograph the team on the same visit.
Planning an interior shoot
Tell us the number of rooms or areas, the type of property, whether it is furnished and styled, and where the images will be used. For multi-unit projects we can arrange a single visit that covers all show flats. A good rule of thumb is to book the shoot after the final cleaning and styling, but before the first occupant moves in, and to allow a flexible backup date in case of weather.
Hospitality, retail and office spaces
Different spaces need different thinking. Hotels and restaurants sell atmosphere, so we shoot at the hour when the room glows and add details such as table settings and lobby moments. Retail and showrooms need product visibility and clean sight lines, with attention to signage and displays. Offices benefit from a mix of empty, tidy shots for clarity and a few with people at work to show culture. We discuss the story each space should tell before choosing angles and times.
We also plan for the unexpected: lifts that are busy at peak hours, reflections in glass partitions, and mixed lighting colours that need correction. A short site visit or a floor plan helps us bring the right lights and flags and avoid wasted time.

Frequently asked questions
How long does an interior shoot take?
A typical apartment takes a few hours. Larger homes, hotels and commercial spaces take half a day to a full day, depending on the number of areas and the styling required.
Do I need to stage the property first?
Yes, a little. Clean surfaces, tidy cables and neatly arranged soft furnishings make a large difference. We will send a short preparation checklist and can help with styling on the day.
Can you shoot at night or twilight?
Yes. Twilight shoots are popular for exteriors and hospitality. We plan them around sunset time and weather, and aim for a backup date.
Do you edit out items like power cables or stains?
Reasonable retouching is included, such as removing cables, small marks and reflections. Major changes, such as replacing a sky or removing structural items, are discussed in advance.
Can we also get video of the property?
Yes. We can capture a short walkthrough or aerial clip during the same visit, which is usually more efficient than booking separately.
