Before people read your résumé, your website or your proposal, they look at your face. A professional headshot is the shortest route to being perceived as competent, approachable and credible. Our corporate headshot service in Pune is designed to produce portraits you will be happy to use for years, and to make the process painless for people who dislike being photographed.
Why a professional headshot matters
A phone selfie says you were in a hurry. A strong headshot says you take your work seriously. It gets used everywhere: LinkedIn, speaker bios, press releases, proposals, email signatures, conference badges and the team page on your website. Because it appears in so many places, small improvements in expression and light have an outsized effect on how you are perceived.
For companies, consistency matters as much as quality. A team page where every person is lit and framed the same way looks organised and trustworthy. A mix of old photos, cropped group shots and mismatched backgrounds looks the opposite. We create sets where the style is unified and each person still looks like themselves.
Our style: natural, clean, flattering
We aim for portraits that are crisp but not clinical. Lighting is soft and directional, which shapes the face and gives eyes a catchlight. Backgrounds are clean, either a seamless white or grey, a dark low-key backdrop for gravitas, or a textured environment that suits creative professionals. Colours are matched to skin tones so no one looks too orange or too pale.
Expressions are the real craft. Many people tense up in front of a camera, so we talk throughout, guide posture and angles and keep the pace relaxed. We show frames on a screen, so you can see what is working. Most people finish a session surprised at how enjoyable it was.
Studio sessions and on-site team days
For individuals and small groups, our studio in Wakad gives the most control and the best lighting. You arrive, we shoot a handful of looks, you choose your favourites, and we retouch.
For teams of ten, fifty or two hundred, we bring a portable studio to your office. We set up in a meeting room or a quiet corner, schedule slots every ten to fifteen minutes, and shoot people in turn with minimal disruption. A short coordination note before the day helps everyone know what to wear and when to arrive. At the end of the day, you have a consistent set of portraits for the whole company.
What to wear and how to prepare
Solid colours and simple textures photograph best. Avoid tight patterns, such as small checks and stripes, which can shimmer on camera, and avoid very bright whites next to the face. Bring two or three outfits if you want options. Grooming should be what you would do for an important meeting. For women, a light make-up refresh helps, and we can arrange a make-up artist for larger sessions. We send simple guidance in advance so people feel prepared and calm.
Retouching and delivery
Our retouching is deliberately light. We remove temporary blemishes, stray hairs and distracting reflections, even out skin tone and refine clothing wrinkles. We do not reshape faces or erase features that make you recognisable, because the goal is a portrait that matches the person who walks into the meeting.
Each person receives a selection of final images in web and print sizes, with a square and a vertical crop for social platforms. For teams, we deliver a named folder per person and a master folder for HR and marketing. Delivery is typically within three to seven business days.
Beyond the single headshot
Many professionals add environmental portraits at their desk, in a workshop, or on a shop floor, which tell more of a story than a studio shot. Founders often combine headshots with a short brand storytelling video. Companies refreshing their websites may pair team portraits with interior photography of the office, and creative professionals sometimes extend into fashion and editorial portraits.
Headshots for LinkedIn and personal branding
A LinkedIn photo is often the first thing a prospective client or recruiter sees. A good one is a clear, friendly, well-lit face, framed generously enough to crop to a circle, with a background that does not distract. We deliver profile-ready crops and a second, wider image for speaker bios and websites. Consultants, doctors, lawyers, architects and founders who work on personal branding often book a short session every couple of years, to keep their image current.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a headshot session take?
An individual session usually takes thirty to forty-five minutes, including a few outfit changes. On-site team sessions allocate around ten to fifteen minutes per person.
Can you photograph our whole team in one day?
Yes. We bring a portable studio to your office and schedule people in short slots. For larger teams, we run two stations to keep the day efficient.
Do you retouch the photos?
Yes. Retouching is included and kept natural. We remove temporary blemishes and distractions, and you can request a lighter or more polished finish.
What background should we choose?
White or light grey is the classic corporate choice and suits most companies. A dark background feels more dramatic and works well for leadership and creative roles.
Can we get the original unedited files?
We deliver final retouched images. If you need additional frames, tell us in advance and we can discuss what is included.
