Industrial photography that makes the factory look as good as the work.

A buyer who has never visited your factory will judge it from your photographs. Clean lines, ordered workspaces and well-lit machinery tell a procurement manager that the product is made with care. Dim snapshots taken on a phone say the opposite, however good the engineering is. Our industrial photography service in Pune closes that gap.
Why industrial photography is its own discipline
Factories are difficult places to photograph. Ceilings are high and lighting is mixed. Stainless steel throws reflections at every angle, moving machinery needs fast shutter speeds, and the best views are often in areas where space and safety rules limit what a crew can bring. Experience with these conditions is what separates a record of a plant from a picture that sells it.
We approach every site as a lighting problem first. We scout, decide which areas tell the strongest story, and build light where the existing fixtures fall short, using portable strobes and LED panels that are safe to rig in production areas. The result is images with depth and detail, not flat overview shots.
What we photograph
- Plant and facility overviews that show scale, cleanliness and organisation, from shopfloor wide shots to exterior frames at the right time of day.
- Machinery and equipment in context and in detail, including CNC lines, presses, process skids, pumps, tanks, pipework and control panels.
- Components and finished products on white or dark backgrounds for catalogues and listings, closely related to our product photography work.
- Process sequences that follow a part from raw material through machining, assembly, inspection and packing.
- People at work: engineers, operators and quality teams, shot candidly and with respect, for careers pages and corporate profiles.
- Compliance and audit records such as before-and-after documentation, installations and safety signage.
Working safely on your site
We follow your site’s induction process and wear the PPE you require. Before the shoot we ask for the safety brief, restricted areas, shift timings and any confidentiality rules, such as machines or drawings that must not appear in frame. Our crew is small and quiet, so production keeps running, and we plan around shift changes and cleaning cycles so the plant looks its best.
If a part of the process is sensitive, we shoot it from angles that show the work without disclosing the detail. If you prefer, you can review frames on a tethered monitor and flag anything to retake on the spot.
Catalogues, tenders and export enquiries
Many of our industrial clients are suppliers and component makers in the Pune belt, from Chakan and Talegaon to Bhosari, Pimpri-Chinchwad and Ranjangaon, who sell to buyers abroad or to large OEMs. For them images do practical work. They sit in capability decks, vendor registration packs, tender submissions and distributor catalogues, and a polished set shortens the trust-building stage.
We deliver in the sizes those documents need: full-resolution files for print, trimmed versions for presentations and light web files for your site. We also keep naming consistent, so your marketing team can find the right shot in seconds.
Industrial photography and video together
A day on site can produce both stills and motion. When a plant visit is already organised, adding a short industrial video or aerial footage of the premises costs far less than a second mobilisation. We plan both shot lists together so lighting and access are used once.
Who this is for
Manufacturers of auto components, valves and fittings, packaging, plastics, electricals, food and beverage processing equipment, pharma and engineering services all use this service. So do EPC contractors, trading companies with a strong supplier base, and institutions that want an honest picture of a laboratory or workshop. If your business makes or maintains something physical, we can help you show it well.
Keeping the image library fresh
Plants change. New machines arrive, layouts improve, certifications are added and teams grow, and an image library that is five years old quietly undermines credibility. Many of our manufacturing clients book a short annual shoot to add new equipment and people, and re-shoot the one or two hero images that matter most. Because we keep naming and framing consistent, new pictures slot straight into existing decks and catalogues.

Frequently asked questions
Do you shoot during live production?
Yes, when it is safe and agreed with your team. We prefer to shoot some areas during operation, since a machine in motion tells a better story, and others at a shift break when we can control light and movement.
Can you photograph large or fixed equipment?
We shoot large installations on site with portable lighting and wide lenses, and we can photograph smaller components in a pop-up studio set up in your facility or in our studio in Wakad.
What do we need to arrange before the shoot?
A named contact, site access and induction details, the list of areas and equipment to capture, and any restrictions on what can appear in frame. We will send a short checklist after you confirm.
How many images should we expect?
It depends on the scope. A half-day plant shoot usually covers overviews, key equipment, process steps and people, and we agree the number of edited images in the quote so there are no surprises on either side.
Do you work outside Pune?
Yes. Our work has taken us to more than twenty-five cities, and we regularly travel for industrial clients with plants in other states.
