Training & Safety Video
Clear, repeatable learning content for teams and plants.
Video is no longer a luxury for large companies. It is how people learn what you do, how they decide whether to trust you and how they remember you a week later. Whether the audience is a buyer in another country, a recruit comparing offers or a customer in a feed, a well-made film does the work of a meeting you could not attend.
Video built around a purpose
Our approach starts with outcomes. We ask what the viewer should know, feel and do after watching, then work backwards to a structure, a script and a shot list. This avoids the common failure of corporate video: a handsome film that does not move anyone toward a decision.
The same discipline applies to length and format. A homepage brand film, a trade show loop, a safety induction and an Instagram reel serve different people in different conditions. We plan each with its context in mind, and where it makes sense, shoot once and edit for many placements.
The six services
Brand storytelling video captures why you exist and who stands behind the work. Industrial video production shows plants, processes and quality for B2B buyers. Promotional video serves launches, ads and product films.
Aerial and drone videography gives context and scale to sites, estates and events. Social media video delivers reels, shorts and LinkedIn clips in planned batches. Training and safety video turns procedures into clear, repeatable learning.
Production, start to finish
Everything happens under one roof: strategy, scripting, casting, locations, crew, lighting, cameras, drones, sound, edit, colour and delivery. One point of contact means fewer handoffs, and one schedule means fewer delays. For clients who prefer to be hands-on, we involve them at key points: concept, script, rough cut and final.
Pre-production does the most work for the budget. Scripts, storyboards, shot lists, location checks and schedules turn expensive shoot hours into efficient ones. Post-production is where the film takes shape, and we review in stages so feedback is useful and changes are limited.
Cameras, sound and light
We shoot on professional cinema and mirrorless cameras with prime lenses, stabilisers and fluid-head tripods, supported by controllable lighting, clean audio recording and drones where needed. Sound gets as much attention as pictures: lavalier and shotgun microphones, controlled locations and a proper mix, because audiences forgive soft focus more readily than poor audio.
Colour grading gives each film a consistent look suited to the brand. We deliver masters in 4K or HD and versions for web, social, trade show and broadcast use.
Photography and video in one visit
Many clients need both. A factory visit can yield plant stills and a process film. A restaurant shoot can capture menu photography and short reels. A launch can include a hero film, campaign stills and social clips. Our photography services share crews, lighting and planning with video, which lowers cost and keeps the story consistent.
Working with us
We begin with a brief call, followed by an itemised proposal. Once approved, we confirm the creative approach, shoot dates and delivery schedule. Edited videos are typically delivered in ten to twenty-one business days depending on scope, and we can offer faster timelines for urgent campaigns. Clients across manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, real estate and education have worked with us, and we are used to working within the rules of busy sites and sensitive environments.
What a video project costs and why
Video is priced by effort, and effort is driven by a handful of decisions: how long the finished film is, how many locations and shoot days it needs, whether there are on-camera interviews or actors, how much graphic work is involved, and how many versions you need. A ninety-second film shot in one location is a very different job from a four-minute film across three sites with a voice-over in two languages.
The most effective way to control cost is to decide the purpose and the audience first, then ask for options. We often propose a core film plus optional extras, such as vertical cut-downs, captions or a teaser, so you can start lean and add later. Batching related films into one production day saves more than almost any other measure.
Making video work harder after it is made
A film earns its cost when people see it. We help you plan where it will live: your homepage and About page, sales emails, tender and investor decks, trade show screens, LinkedIn and your channel on YouTube. We prepare the right ratio, captions and file size for each, and short teasers that point back to the full film. A single shoot can feed months of content when it is planned that way from the start.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a corporate video cost in Pune?
Costs vary with duration, locations, crew, talent, graphics and the number of versions. We provide an itemised quote after discussing your goals, and suggest ways to focus spend where it matters.
How long does production take?
Most films take ten to twenty-one business days from shoot to final delivery. Planning, scripting and approvals add time before the shoot.
Do you provide scripts and voice-overs?
Yes. We write scripts, arrange voice-over artists in English, Hindi, Marathi and other languages, and handle music licensing.
Can you shoot multiple videos in one day?
Yes. Batch production is one of the best ways to save money, particularly for social media, training and product content.
What formats do we receive?
You receive master files and versions for web, social media, presentations and events, with captions where required.
