For the purposes of Indian data protection law, we are the party that decides how and why the personal data described below is processed.

We keep collection small. This website has no user accounts, no online payments and no newsletter sign-up. The information we may receive falls into three groups.

• Information you send us. If you use the contact form, we receive your name, phone number, email address (if you provide it), the services you tick and your message. If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you choose to share.
• Technical information. Like most websites, our server records your IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and the time of the visit. This helps us keep the site secure and working.
• Usage information. If analytics is enabled on the site, we may collect anonymous or pseudonymous data about how visitors use pages, such as which pages are viewed and for how long.

We use your contact details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes and proposals, deliver services you request and keep in touch about your project. We use technical and usage information to protect the website against abuse, understand which content is useful and improve performance. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions that affect you.

Cookies are small files stored on your device. This site itself sets very few. Some of the third-party services described below may set their own cookies, for example to detect bots or measure traffic. If analytics is enabled, it may use cookies or similar identifiers to count visits.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, usually under Privacy or Security. You can delete existing cookies and block new ones. Blocking cookies may stop parts of the site, such as the contact form’s spam check, from working.

To run the website we rely on a few outside services, each governed by its own privacy policy.

• Google reCAPTCHA checks that contact form submissions come from people, not bots. It may collect hardware and software information and send it to Google.
• Google Fonts delivers the typefaces used on this site, which means your browser requests files from Google servers.
• Google Maps appears on the contact page and may set cookies once loaded.
• Google Analytics, if enabled, helps us understand site usage in aggregate.
• Our hosting and email providers store and transmit the data you send us.

Social links to Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn take you to those platforms, which have their own policies. We do not control what they collect.

We share personal data only in these situations: with service providers who help us operate the site and our business, and who are bound to protect it; when the law, a court or a government authority requires it; to protect our rights, our clients or the security of the site; or with your consent. We may share data with a professional such as a stylist, make-up artist or drone pilot who works on your project, but only what they need and under confidentiality.

Contact form messages and project correspondence are kept for as long as needed to respond, deliver the project and meet tax, accounting and legal obligations. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss and misuse, including HTTPS encryption, restricted admin access and regular software maintenance. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you share information at your own risk.

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or complete it, ask us to erase it, withdraw consent where we rely on it, and nominate someone to exercise your rights if you cannot. To make a request, email connect@khobare.co.in with enough detail for us to find your information. We may need to verify your identity before acting. If you are unhappy with our response, you may contact the Data Protection Board of India once it is operating.

When we photograph or film people for a client, we work with consent from the people featured or their organisation. Images in our portfolio are shown with the client’s permission. If you appear in an image on this site and would like it removed, write to us and we will act promptly.

This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

You may use this website for lawful purposes only, and you agree not to misuse the contact form, attempt to disrupt the site or use it to send harmful or unlawful content. We may suspend access for violations. All text, photographs, films, logos and design on this website belong to Khobare Studio or its licensors and may not be copied, republished or used commercially without written permission. Images shown are examples of our work and remain the property of the studio and its clients.

We try to keep information accurate, but the site is provided as is, without warranties. Descriptions of services are general, and a binding agreement exists only when we confirm a written quote with you. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune have jurisdiction.

We may update this page as the website or the law changes. The revision date at the top shows when it last changed. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
